[decor]: Weekly Roundup

3.02.2015

Over the last week or so I've managed brief visits to Home Sense, Indigo, West Elm, Pottery Barn, PBK and Cornerstone. Here are some of the finds...

Spring, colours, cottage life are trickling into Home Sense.. Here are a few beautiful finds.

I have rugs on my mind both as I am finishing a draft post on the subject and searching for one for couple of areas of our house. I just loved this dirty pink one for a girl's room. .The other one can go anywhere - love the blue...

A few interesting novelties at Home Sense - 100% cotton curtain which I rarely find at HS, European laundry equipment, beautiful airplane shelf for a kids room.

There were many beautiful decor items at Indigo, but I was taken by this book - so beautifully illustrated and just a nicest cover which appears to be the latest trend as per Pottery Barn desk display below (a few images down).

At West Elm I was drawn to bed linens.. As I've mentioned in earlier post, many stores are stacking 100% linen bedding.. I also love these new covers.

A few vignettes - I wanted to take home with me that fireplace mantle for our master bedroom. Instead, I will have to schedule a trip to The Door Store one of these days.

Belgian linen, iron/glass coffee table, lovely chairs, side table or night table...

At Pottery Barn Kids - somehow I snapped only two photos but there were more nice little displays.

At Pottery Barn I just loved this sofa. It is similar to the one we purchased at Restoration Hardware except that this one has more elegant legs showing (no skirt). I really like how it works with wood on this coffee table. I am dreaming of a beach house somewhere, just with different pillows...

A few Pottery Barn vignettes/finds that caught my eye.

Finally, I made a brief stop at Cornerstone Fine Furniture at Junction. I haven't visited in quite a while and it was a bit different - not what I was typically accustomed to find, but still some very nice pieces.

There were several black leather sectionals and sofas - very interesting and lovely pieces.

Here are other weekly roundup posts.
